Mr. MindMentor – THE ROBOTPSYCHOLOGIST

Mental health has become a serious healthcare issue in this highly stressed society. Many people especially youngsters nowadays suffer mental health problems. Having mental health problems does not necessary mean someone is insane. Mental health problems can also refer to emotional disorders or the disability to enjoy life and procure a balance between daily activities and efforts to achieve psychological stability. There are various causes of mental health breakdown such as family background, stressful life, etc. Mental health problems can lead to school failure, loss of friends, family conflict, etc. To overcome mental health problems, the best way is to see a psychologist and get his or her consultation. However, many people who actually suffer mental health disorders dare not step forward to get consultation from psychologists. They feel weird to see psychologists and of course the high consultation fee is another concern. To help people who are possibly suffering from mental health problems but are reluctant to consult experts, two experienced psychologists from Netherlands, Drs. Jaap Hollander and Drs. Jeffrey Wijnberg, have created a robot psychologist called Mind Mentor which can guide the patients through a series of psychological steps to help them to solve problems and achieve goals.

ONE BILLION " RFID" CARDS VULNERABLE TO HACK

Even as RFID tech grows more and more ubiquitous, fears about its safety and security haven't dwindled -- which is why we're just disappointed, not surprised, to learn that over 1 billion RFID cards based on the Mifare Classic RFID chip are now at risk. Two different teams of security researchers managed to crack the encryption on the cards, which form the basis of a national payment system in the Netherlands and are used widely in other applications around the world. With the encryption broken, hackers can now make perfect clones of the cards, spoiling all that radio-frequency fun. There's no word on how easy that actually is yet, however -- one of the two hacks will be demonstrated later this week, and the other is being kept secret -- but still, it might be time to go back to cash and bump-proof locks, eh?

MICROSOFT FINALLY CONFIRM WINDOWs 7FOR 2010 LAUNCH

It's all a silly misunderstanding, we tell you. Microsoft has been holding fast to its "three years" development time frame for Windows 7 since forever, the problem is that it's never been clear when that three year period started. Well wonder no longer, Microsoft has finally officially confirmed that the three years started at Windows Vista's general availability release, which was January 30th, 2007. Obviously that doesn't mean will have Windows 7 on midnight of January 30th, 2010, but it does mean we can look forward to sometime within that year for a release. Microsoft plans to give an exact release date only once Windows 7 "meets its quality bar for release." Sounds like a good metric to go by, if you ask us.

5 . What You See is What You Get Concept

One thing is for sure about this concept phone…they could've named it shorter. And of course, interaction is made through a touchscreen
